GRI is the School of Business, Economics and Law’s institute for interdisciplinary research. Here the school’s researchers can work in a programme format on projects that are highly relevant to current business developments and contemporary society. We conduct research in subjects like business administration, ethnology, sociology, law, psychology, education, Swedish language, technology, and environmental science. GRI stands for collaboration and foresight. There are currently eight different research programmes at GRI.
The Institute is under the direction of Professor Ulla Eriksson-Zetterquist, who assumed her position on May 1, 2012.
GRI was founded in 1990 to create opportunities for more concentrated research through the program approach. The research programs provide the platform for a stimulating and vigorous research environment, in which the researchers work alongside the practitioners to develop competence concerning a specific area. There is close exchange with other members of the School of Business, Economics and Law.
